So I did what any structured guy would do: I took those same performance and leadership principles... and applied them ruthlessly to my own trading.

I created daily routines, emotional check-ins, journaling frameworks, risk rituals, and discipline systems. I tested them on myself first — tweaking, failing, iterating — until I started executing with calm consistency instead of chaos.

The results? My trading improved dramatically. But the real magic happened when I shared what I was doing with fellow traders in my community.

At first, it was casual: quick advice here, a custom exercise there, a routine adapted to someone's personality. Then people started asking for more. They wanted me to help them implement these tools the way I'd done for myself.

Before I knew it, traders were paying me for personalized 1-on-1 coaching to build their own "performance edge." Word spread. A premium trading community hired me as their official Performance Coach for group sessions. My small side project exploded into a real business.

I started posting practical, no-BS tips on YouTube — simple routines, mindset shifts, and emotional tools that actually work for real traders (not theory from someone who's never blown an account). Subscribers began calling me the "missing link": the coach who bridges the gap between technical experts (who sometimes feel distant) and everyday traders struggling with the human side of the game.
